Lost Residence Card!!

Can anyone give me some advice? I arrived here last year and registered for my Residence card and SIP card - which I have managed to lose. I need to get a replacement asap so that I can register as autonomo and start paying into the system, so that I can obtain a new SIP card. How do I do this?

Pop into the Town Hall in C/Madrid, next to the Charity Shop. They speak English and will be most helpful. Open I think from 10.00 to 1.00.
