We've just got back from the SAT'S Fete. It was absolutely heaving while we were there. Ian was most disappointed that he only just managed to get the last piece of sausage platt - but he did get 4 scotch eggs.

I got a bargain as well - 3 little Christmas straw ornaments - a Teddy Bear, a Reindeer and a Snowman - they were 2 euros each but the very kind lady let me have them for 5 euros, so they are now sitting under our little Christmas Tree.

SO, if you are looking for a Bargain rush round to the SAT'S Shop - it goes on until 3.00 pm.

Well Done Eve x

I visited the fete this morning and it was very busy. Bought some scotch eggs, sausage plait, carrot cake and Bakewell tart. Brought home a cuddly toy that I won too. Very enjoyable. Well done to all the volunteers xx

Eve, what a success today was in spite of the weather. Tonight's dinner was sausage plat with chips and gravy for me and sausage plat and chips and cauliflower chees for Smudge. I think I could taste many herbs in the sausage. Fabulous, real food. I have 3 Christmas cakes 6 mince pies (if you've any left keep me another 6) chocolate brownies 4 bakewells 2 scotch eggs and a carrot cake. I'm going to freeze most of but also give some to friends, but the carrot cake is tonight's pudding. We're both vastly overweight and I'll now blame you. Your food is fabulous. Well done Eve. xx
