I will not go on the Forum but want you to help me relay a few messages to him/her.

Lets go back is this theft or Fraud:
You spoke last might of K2A doing the right thing with full support of UK social workers and a good Legal team behind them. My first question is are UK social workers legal to work in Spain with Spanish Children I thought Spain had Spanish Social workers and why when K2A were asked for the name ,address and contact number of the solicitor registering their charity they never responded. What is the constitution of this (charity) who is the chairperson, treasurer, secretary Also as you are a great supporter of EMAUS why did people from K2A go into Bar/shops in September and remove tins from these shops when they had no authority to do so. As of today no money from these tins or no receipts from K2A has been produced or donated to the EMAUS charity account this is why Monserrat Fiter the President of EMAUS is considering taking out a denuncia against these people. Why was this money put into a Paypal account . Whose paypal account Who has access to this paypal account. This Charity was never a legal charity. What has happened to the donations made to this charity because I have an email stating it is no longer in circulation. These people also sated that they would NOT be financially helping Sara or the children with any donations they received why then were people asked to put their donations into a PAYPAL account in the name of CHILDREN OF ELCHE is this fraud or is this theft? Why did they sell items at a market stall with a banner saying CHILDREN OF ELCHE making people think they were helping Elche Children's Home by buying things from them when they in fact said their mission was to help the children LEAVING the children's home and I know for a fact that this year there is only one boy who is leaving there. Why when asked why their PAYPAL account was not in the name of their own charity K2A have they been able to open a trust account for two girls who are leaving next year I thought you had to be a fully registered charity to open any account in the bank

Having spoken to the only two people who are now the legal representatives of EMAUS in La Marina and have been this for the last eight years I can state categorically that these people have NEVER taken any percentage of any donations made to EMAUS or Elche Children's Home they did have for a short time people helping them who indeed wanted 10% for themselves and their Autonomo paid by Sara at the Elche Children's Home but when this wasn't forthcoming they decided to start their own Charity. The article in The Coastrider was initiated by these two LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES because they wanted the general public to know what indeed was happening and they have been completely honest with people regarding the change over of the Home. The reason some of the events were advertised as EMAUS is because people had arranged to have these events for Elche Children's Home BEFORE it left the EMAUS Group and they had already started their advertising as from now the Advertising for events will be Arcos Del Castillo Elche Children's home. These two people visited with Monserrat last Tuesday and handed over donations to her that were given to them for EMAUS they have receipts for these donations and also emails sent by Montserrat thanking the people who donated the money . At the same time they also took a car load of children's clothes, nappies, creams and a wonderful assortment of knitted babies clothes knitted by Janet from La Marina. Today Wednesday a van is arriving from Altea to take up many many things these two people have collected on behalf of EMAUS. Today Juanito from EMAUS will be filling his van with sofas, beds, televisions, toys , and electrical goods when they arrive in Altea they will be distributed among the different homes that EMAUS has in the Altea area anything that can't be used within the homes babies , womens refuge, children's homes and old people home will be sold to raise funds for EMAUS. They also had a conversation with Monserrat concerning the bogus collectors this one Monserrat was talking about in the RTN was a Spanish man in the Calpe Area who had called at a womans house in that area every month taking a donation of 10 euros and telling her it was going to EMAUS this was happening for 10 years and EMAUS never received any of this money. Monserrat has taken a denuncia agains this person after finding out his name and the registration number of his car they are also in pocession of a copy of this denuncia Not only are these people fund raisers for EMAUS they are also very good friends with Monserrat and if anyone would like to check their credentials please feel free to contact Monserrat in Altea and she will confirm this.
