Does anybody have a tel number to speak to an English speaking person for Telefonica/Movistar? Plus also an e-mail address. Many thank's

Perhaps somebody could have a look on their telephone Bill to see if they have the Tel number or an e-mail address, as we never receive bills through the post.
1004 is customer services. 1002 is technical services.
go onto there website, telephone numbers, email, or chat online all there.
We have spent over an hour going from one site to another, from one phone number to another and nothing.
Could you give me their up to date website with all this info on please?

Sorry, but we still cannot find anything helpful. Maybe we are just being thick, but your instructions do not seem to work. Can you give more precise - easy steps - how to find tel numbers, e-mail address plus where is the on line chat in English? Thank's
dial 1004 and just wait while menus go tthrough and english will come on
We have been phoning that number 5 or 6 times this morning, and each time the line just goes dead
Any more advice on how to get in touch with Telefonica please? As I said, nothing so far has worked. Why is it so hard to contact this company?

Carol i must also be thick as I could not find it on those instructions but what I did do was type in telefonica .es on spot services and then when it came up oI clicked on that and then translate. Scroll down to the bottom and then click on spot.

As to 1004 this used to be the way I contacted them. But so far today have dialed it at least 30 times,only in the end to be cut off each time.
Ian just put in www.onthespot.com and then change the lauguage and go down to the bottom. You will see where you can contact them. I did not go any further as I am not with telefonica.
SUCCESS At long last. Ian has finally managed to speak to somebody at Iberdrola. Mind you he had already phoned the Tel number 1004 8 times this morning before he managed to get to speak to a human being. The other times it rang twice and then went dead.

WHOOOOOOOOPS Yes thank you Annie - I meant Telefonica. I was just sorting out our iberdola and got a bit confused - it doesn't take much these days he he!!
