Noise from Bars: Many of the bars that operate in the area, operate within the law. However there are some that continue to ignore the regulations and cause annoyance to the nearby residents. The ones that continue to flaunt the rules will be the ones that will be visited. As far as noise when customers are leaving the bars, if this is deemed excessive, I have been assured that these people will be dealt with by the Policia Local. (This was the blog from Jeff on his site) If he and the council are not the ones visiting the bars and cafes then who is he quoting that will be going to visit them, is it perhaps the Alicante authorities that need to be informed.
