April Shows and more at Los Rosales

Thanks for those who attended the Pure Country Rock and raised 210 Euros for Pets In Spain. They were delighted with not only the money but the generosity of a couple of people who volunteered to be fosterer's. Great stuff!

Don't forget that tomorrow Saturday 30th March is the Miller Men Show - with the 16 piece band playing live Glen Miller era music. Your compare/comedian is Ian Gibson, and the night will be introducing a new member to the team vocalist Keith Mayer. Tickets for show and meal are 15 Euros and are available from Los Rosales. Doors open at 7pm. I will have my Afghan Heroes hat on and will be holding a raffle in aid of my charity. Any prize donations would be appreciated for future fundraisers.

APRIL SHOWS

Saturday 13th April - THE RED TOPS. The 5 lads are back belting out their original sound of the 50's, and 60's rock n roll, rockabilly and R & B. Always a firm favourite with our customers and a chance to really perfect those dance steps. Tickets are already flying out at 12.50 Euros for the show and a 2 course meal. Available from Los Rosales, Cards and More La Marina, Card Place Benimar and Punta Prima, The Card and Gift Shop Quesada and The Hire Centre San Luis. Saturday 27th April - ROCK UR SOCKS OFF! Brand new to Los Rosales - Route 69 (or in Spanish Ruta 69). The band describe themselves as one of the "Grooviest Rock Cover Bands on The Costa". With favourites by Elvis, Bowie, The Rolling Stones, T Rex, The Monkeys, Ike and Tina, Ray Charles, Deep Purple, Tommy James and a whole load more Rock Heroes. The band regularly play on Spain Radio and have appeared on Television too. They say they are more fun than a box of frogs, and I tend to agree with them! Not only are you going to love their professionalism and music, but with these guys you are going to have a great time. Tickets are going on sale after the Easter Break in the outlets but are available from Los Rosales now. Tickets 12.50 Euros for show and 2 course meal. Raffle will be in aid of SATS Animal Rescue Centre.

Tuesday MAY 7TH - Soul Sensations. Organised by a newly formed theatre company, the show will be raising funds for there upcoming performance later in the year. On the bill will be the fantastic Soul Power band performing live Soul and Tamla music from across the ages and also one of the most versatile and talented vocalists around, Paul Allen. Tickets will be on sale in about a week and will be selling for 12.50 for the show and a 2 course meal. Pre-show bookings are now being taken.

Tuesday 21st May - What a show! Woody and The Peckers giving Rock n Roll and Buddy Holly classic greatness, PLUS Lennon and McCartney Tribute, by Trace Graham and Ricky Patton. For the first time together in one show, Los Rosales can't wait for this one! Tickets will be 12.50 for show and 2 course meal.

Saturday May 25th - CHESS!!!!! Do I really have to tell you about the best Queen Tribute in Spain, bar none?? Last time they packed the place and made a lot of people very happy. Fronted by the charming Charlie Joss, all the guys are top quality musicians in their own right. The band is their life and their love of the job certainly comes over with infectious enjoyment to all who see them.
