Mayor of Daya Vieja Cancels Xmas Lights budget for the needy in his town

Just reading a article on page 16 of the Leader and the Mayor has canceled the Xmas budget of €2.500 euros that would have supplied lights and decorations to the town and instead has decided to buy food and necessities for the people who need them in his town.
Not being funny but, maybe the council could spend the budget they use to light up San Fulgencio Village and spend it on the people who need help this year.
