I agree Don you should at least have a user name although I don't know about a picture,if they aren't used to computers uploading a picture might be a bit intimidating.might be a good idea to have a default aviator for new members.

Yes Don it is a weird way to operate a Forum.It gets even more confusing when when Ian says put a name to your comment and Carol says put your name to a comment,
I also cannot understand how it is not made clearer that if you are replying to a comment you click onto the comment of the original writer,and not start another one by clicking onto the add post button,that way all comments to the original remain in one section, but if these things could be put on the forum,perhaps in a place titled ,'new to this forum 'please read this before posting'I am sure people would get the hang of what to do This is not me being critical of the running of the forum,But I hope it is taken as a bit of constructive advise

So it does Dave,makes me look a bit silly doesnt it,But as i contribute to five forums,I am able to sort things out without using the 'help'perhaps next time I should read them before writing.

Yes I do agree that this forum could be made better. Ian and myself were just asked to run it - we did not set it up. I have suggested many times to the **people who did set it up** how quite a few things would make it better. I was told that it all takes time to get it completely correct. So, apparently we have to be patient everyone!
PS Don A - I hope you are not going to be a *trouble maker* up here now that you are learning how to use it ha ha lol xx
