Big IVA hike on dying

I have just read in Euro Weekly,that from Sept 1st the cost of dying is set to soar.At the moment you only pay Funeral Parlours 8% IVA But from Sept. this will rise to 21%
Also rising by the same amount is your Hair Dressing Bill,although from what i have seen I dont think Spain will get much out of that one.
Discos,Shows and Cinemas all suffer the same rise on the same date.
I dont thinkv the extra few bob this will bring into the Spanish economy,will make much difference to the mess that the Spanish economy is in at the moment,so i gather we will be in for a lot more pain over the next year or two.I hope the sunshine will be worth the extra cost.

This was on sky news two weeks ago, when this budget was done it caught everyone by surprise and the 18% to 21 % will cost home owners a extra €400 a year.
After speaking to a accountant this morning he even stated his worried and admitted Spain are bankrupt and the punt of businesses and private clients he has aren't paying the quarterly taxes.
