Does anyone know if there is a doctors or clinic for emergencies in La Marina? we went to the chemist the other day past the police station and they told us to go to Guardamar! it cost my mum 38 euros return in a cab. If someone does have an accident who do I ring? or needs to see a doctor where do we go?

You dont seem to be having the best of luck at the moment,hopefully things can only get better.
Two phone numbers you may need are966794453 and mobile number 696465481 these are connected to the local police,if you need an ambulance they will contact the local ambulance service,which are stationed at the police station.Normally the paramedics will assess the condition of the patient,and either treat if possible,take to the doctors (if open) or to hospital.
We also have a private clinic on the Strip,sorry i dont know the opening times.
If you searce any local forums most of them have a list of phone numbers that may be useful at some time.

Isn't the local number 092 to connect to the local ambulance service. I rang this and they were there within three minutes.
Yes Peter you are correct 092 is the normal number for ambulance emergency calls,but we were told a while ago,that as we have a very local Ambulance(La Marina and Urbs)it is never more than a short while for it to get anywhere on La Marina also the drivers will be more informed of the layout of the area,so it will be quicker arriving than by using 092,obviously all these numbers seem to work well,and 092 is easier to remember
