New Government legislation..

The central government are trying to pass a bill through that could lift the economy in the long run and it makes plenty sense.
Anyone who buys a house valued at over €160.000 you will automatically be given residency.
With this they hope to attract more people moving here,especially outside the EU as at present they have to apply for a Visa before entering the country.
This is already in place in Portugal and Ireland.
