Do you have a Property For Sale?

ASL Member Founding Member Envoyer #16402 Réponses fermées

We are looking to promote about a dozen properties from the La Marina Urbanization, La Marina Village (Elche), and the surrounding area of San Fulgencio. We will be intending to list right across the price range.

We are also looking for unusual and larger type villas for this Portfolio. We will only be interested in privately owned properties.

If interested please contact: [email protected]

If our Urb is to be turned into a Ghost Town I would have thought this is just what is needed. Of course the moaners and groaners will not yet have woken up to what they have done.

Have done a few phone calls it seems that bars have either cancelled entertainment or are not sure if it is safe to continue. So are we all expected to stay in? and bars just to curl up and close?

See this is where member of the council need to speak up or at least post something here to let people know what's going. The two bars I know of are Montys and The George. The George is information I was told, but Montys is for sure as I think jimmy mac was to be there this weekend.
So come on council now people are unsure so do the correct thing and tell people what you know.

What is a little bit confusing, is that this Police Unit (Policia Autonomica) dont inform the Local Town Halls or Policia Local that they come, They just turn up and say Hello here we are

I have been looking forward to going out this evening for a nice meal and a bit of entertainment, but what is one suppose to do? Does one go to a bar on the urbanisation and be on tender hooks all evening as to whether the police will come in and stop the music? Hence completely ruin our evening. OR, does one play safe and go to a venue off of the urbanisation? I am a pensioner and do not wish to have a ruined evening after I have paid for a meal. Thank you for reading my post.

Now nicon0815 that is a very interesting little post. I wonder if you are the young man who used to and may still do a part time job down at the computer TV shop down in the white elephant area just off the N332. If so nicon is a junior officer of the Policia Autonomica If true this person would have a better idea of how things happen. than any rumors put about by the local council.

nicon0815 If you are as Douglas says then all this is just a story and the Council have maybe been given a false tip off. It is going to affect a lot of people on our Estate. Would you please re post and deny that you a member of the Black Shirts. (Policia Autonomica) They way you wrote in your post made it sound that you were aware of how things worked.

Ian
I've just spoken to my mother and I've been told something very confusing.
She herself spoke to Councillor Herrera regarding Impact Charities Xmas Fayre and live music.
Now the Charity has always used Paulino for the licence as it by passes the mini town hall and he takes it straight to the mayor to be signed off - Yes or No.
Well the shop is having live music provided by the Amsterdam Bar from 12-4pm afternoon time. He has said that music at that time is not a problem, it's the evening music that's causing problems.
So hearing all this talk is confusing as you have a member of the PP saying its fine to have music at a certain time and you have people who work for the PIPN saying any type of microphone music is or any music that is loud is banned.
So what the F%ck is really going on here
