WE ARE NOW INTO OUR 5TH WEEK AT THE SAT SHOP ON CALLE MADRID NO. 3 AND WE ARE STILL WITHOUT WATER AND ELECTRIC. WITH THIS EXTREME HEAT WE CANNOT PUT ON ANY FANS OR EVEN MAKE A MUCH NEEDED CUP OF TEA. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE TECHNICO OFFICE IN SAN FULGENCIO TO SIGN A PIECE OF PAPER. I HAVE TRIED TO BE PATIENT AS I KNOW THIS IS SPAIN BUT, THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH YOU CAN TAKE. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. APART FROM PASSING OUT WITH HEAT STROKE ON THE TOWN HALL STEPS I AM OUT OF IDEAS.

Don't worry Eve only another 4 odd weeks of the heat. I wonder why can't this great council do it or at least do a paper trail and see what's happening.
