Yes, a Fantastic evening and as Ian said, very well supported. A big thank you to the very popular Tommy Marr who sang free for the SAT's Charity all evening. We had a lovely meal and brilliant service by the Owners and Staff of the restaurant. Plus, of course, what made the evening was being able to sit outside and watch the entertainer OUTSIDE - that's what it's all about. Pallo (Owner) has now invested in one of the sound meters, so quite often throughout the evening he was checking that the volume level was ok. EVE ........... Congratulations. You must be very pleased with the amount you raised for the Charity.

We have been going to the Sports Centre since early 1990. Have over this period had some wonderful nights dancing outside. What right has some just arrived, just elected, jumped up councillor and his posy of police got to try and ruin a really well established local ritual. I would say none at all. Ian You were corrected in saying THIS IS SPAIN. This is how we who live here wont it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just spoke to Eve at the SATS shop why she was eating her doughnut and from what she says, it was a good night last night at the sports complex.

Please, Please La Marina Urb councillors let us carry on enjoying more nights like this, without being interupted or stopped by the police.

Yes it was a wonderful night, the place was packed, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves. A big thank you goes to Tom Marr for providing us with the entertainment free. Thanks Tom you are a star. We raised 480 euros for the kennels.

Yes a very good evening for a good cause. Tom Marr is a very good all round entertainer. I have been going on and off for over 20 years now. It is interesting to note that after the last couple of weeks when acts were very stupidly forced to perform inside, there has been a very large decline in the Spanish themselves at the sports centre. In fact last night there was only 2 Spanish couples in the audience. It is rumoured that many local Spanish are now going down to the village.

where are the country music venue's Carol? It's probably the only type of music my husband and I both enjoy. We go to the sports centre but I enjoy the pizza (try it) more than the show but my hubby loves it all

I would just like to add, ditto to what Ian has written. A very pleasant evening out good entertainment, nice meal,good service, and the bonus of enjoying it all OUTSIDE. which is what it is all about. Chris Robinson
