Superbeam TV

Have any other subscribers to Superbeam lost their channels - all of them.
Mine has just completely stopped working, and I can't get anything. Both landline and mobile numbers for Superbeam go unanswered so no support there!!!
I know that the TV works as I can get Spanish channels so the problem has to be at the Superbeam end.
If anybody else has had this problem and found a way round it, can the let me know what they did - thanks.

We are on Superbeam and have not had any problems and it is actually on now. The problem could be with your decoder box and if so it can sometimes be rectified by turning the box off for 15 seconds then putting it back on to reboot it. Good luck.
