There will be two trial fitness classes for teenagers between 12 and 16 years of age at the Sports Centre (padel, tennis and football pitches) on Urbanisation Marina on Friday the 12th and 19th of July from 7.30 to 9.30. These first two classes will be free of charge but there will be a fee for subsequent classes.

Please just turn up on the night.

These classes offer parents the possibility of improving the physical fitness of their children, promote a healthy lifestyle, teach them to work in a team environment, take them out of the house and into the fresh air and teach them the dangers of alcohol and drugs.

These classes have been organised by Howards Gym, Ciudad Quesada in collaboration with the Office for the Urbanisations

So the council can offer local fitness classes, AA meetings but, wont provide food for through social services for the starving people on the urb, or I being wrong as I don't see any posts from local council saying they done this or that or out of the council budget they spent this or that. Just saying and I think it's quite a valid point.

You will actually see I never complained about anything or anyone not being informed. So you must have you OAP glasses down side of your sofa.
No complaining here about anything the council release or not release it's all same crap, half the people on this urb are raging drinkers so it should be a packed meeting

Peter I have posted on here before to refute the suggestion that Weejohnten is actually Jeff how wrong you are. We do meet socially for golf or a drink or even a song in some of the bars. We are both Scottish we have different opinions on a variety of subjects but I do get pretty fed up when most of the post are negative as I equally get fed up about negative post regarding the Urb in general as I'm sure you can look back on or may remember. There are many places much worse in Spain or the UK or for that matter the world, this is a great place to be you have a multi racial community if you bother to mix you have a great climate, great bars and restaurants, great beach, we could in truth be doing with some better retail shops for men and womens clothing ie down by Liddle and Iceland, please everybody lets smile and Hola to everybody you meet tomorrow.
