Saturday Morning 24th March La Marina Bowls Club had a Table Top sale and it was a great success, The highlight was the Target Bowls that was won by our President Phil Morris, It was great to see Phil with a wood in his hand again after a long illness, as they say Phil You Never Loose it

Tuesday Afternoon 27th March La Marina Bowls Club had their Annual AGM where a new Committee was Elected. The positions are as follows.

Honorary President Phil Morris, Chairman John Albutt, Vice Chairman Rex Cameron, Club Captain Brian Zelin, Club Vice Captain Tom Spencer. Secretary Vivien Zelin. Treasurer Shirley Hadaway. Internal Comp Secretary Dave Hadaway. Social Comp Secretary Alex Whyte. Match Secretary Hillary Cronk. Membership Secretary Margaret McLaughlin.

Friday Morning 30th March. La Marina Dolphins were away to Greenlands Elms in a crunch match to see who gets Relegated and I am sorry to say it was the Dolphins that go down to the B division winning on just 1 Rink.

Viv Zelin, Cliff Rawlinson, Skip John Albutt 22-11.

I am sure the Dolphins will re-group next season and come back stronger than ever.

Friday Morning 30th March. La Marina Sharks were at home to El Rancho Mustangs winning on all 6 Rinks.
