To get it into English press first box on bottom of video screen and choose translate Captions scroll down until you find English. It takes a little fiddling about but be patient.

Sin embargo mantendrán los contenciosos contra el Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio. Cada vecino pagará ahora entre 1.000 y 15.000 euros por los costes de reurbanización. Muy necesarios porque estado de la Urbanización es lamentable, sin aceras, con carreteras llenas de socavones y escasa iluminación.

Not that anyone has come back with any comments, but just under 100 people have gone up and viewed since I put the link on the forum. Wonder how many managed to get the English sub-titles working?

I did Ian,thanks for taking the trouble,maybe works will begin,same the world over needs a bit of bad publicity for those concerned to get things moving.
