has anyone else recieved massive water bills this quarter .417 euros ours was !!!! we have done nothing different and apparantly have no leak but agulest dont want to know so we had to pay it .
Check the meter and compare to the two latest bills. On the bill there is information of the use.
You have paid, but you can still complain if anything is wrong at the company.
A good idea is to check the meter regularly. If for example the toilet does not work properly, then you can loose the water rapidly without knowing.
Agree with Frank turn off all the water at the mains check the meter isnt moving if not then turn it back on. making sure all taps ect are OFF if the meter stays still say for an hour or so then 1) you have no leak and the meter is working ok. If the meter moves then you have a problem either as Frank says a cistern is running or a leak somewhere. Sorry if it sounds obvious but sometimes the obvious are easily missed
