Be careful what you DO or SAY, You could cause the owner no end of grief or worry, would you want that if you were Ill old or both, you could check all sumas etc are paid up to date.
Do you want to offer genuine help or are you after buying the property ?

You will not get any help from the Ayuntamiento if you go there and ask. They will not tell you who the owner of the house is. So it is impossible to contact the owner if you do not know who he/she is.

thanks for your comments no i live opposite and its getting to look an eyesore we offered years ago to trim the garden for free but the family didnt want to know so i do occasionally trim any overhang but will not even think about entering the garden its a shame thats all there is a car there which could have been saved but sure it been ratted by now thanks i shall leave it as is just thought maybe someone knew if anything could be done we live on a decent street it just seems rather sad the family are not bothered
