noise

http://www.euro.who.int/__data/assets/pdf_file/0017/43316/E92845.pdf (To Alan look at this) The person who that said only 2 or 3 are legal owns a bar cafe in the grey area if you look back on here you will see it I could name them if you like but I think better you look save your embarrasment and that is what Im on about to put your way and I dont think you would like me to move next door to you and be noisy at any hour of the day or night

Thanks for the link Skywalker,The whole thing is from the WHO (World Health Organisation)As you are aware thisinformation is 184 pages long, which will take me a while to get through, but i will read all of it,albeit not at one time.
I have read the basic introduction and already from one page,I have deducted, that whatever appears in the other 183pages is NOT law but suggestions my reasons for this are,the following extracts
"The designations employed DO NOT
imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever of the WHO concerning the LEGAL STATUS of any Country, territory, city or area.
The published material is being distributedWITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind
The responsibility FOR THE INTERRPRETATION AND USEOF MATERIALLIES WITHIN THE READER.
(the Capital letters are mine)
So one page one it practically states that anything written, does not denote LAW.If you can tell me which pages prove that 45decibels is the maximum allowed under Law which may pertain to La Marina,Alicante or Valencia, please save me time and tell me so that I can see it for myself.
Until then I will not be feeling a right idiot

Unfortunately Skywalker, you are wrong about me not wanting you living next door to me and making a noise at all hours.some of my neighbours may not like it.But perhaps you donr realise that for 27 years before moving to Spain I livedv with 600 metres of Heathrow Airport, the first 16 of them directly under the flight path,I also worked shifts,I can tell you when Concorde took off It made more noise than any bar or restaurant I have been in in La Marina, and ordinary planes took off every 60 seconds,so anynoise you could throw at me would be laughable to me,Believe me I have lived with noise thrown at me by professionals

Hi Alan try standing under a Vulcan bomber when all four engines start up on a ' Mass rapid start' then you will know what noise is! This was when the RAF had the nuclear deterrent before it was 'given' to the royal Navy. The noise and the vibration was unbelievable and had to be experienced but unfortunately even if the Malvinos trouble started again there are no Vulcans left now.
