Are you able to help or advise Katja Jeff? Sounds a bit callous and rather over the top to me.

i dont know the spanish laws.is it allowed to put the rat poison on the ground? I mean even small children live there and it is very dangerous.
and the next point: can a neighbor forbit me to feed my friends cat´s on the terrace? i have some key´s from the therrace and after feeding i clean it all.that's not forbidden,or?
hope someone can help me.
now i have to go to work but i hope i can read some new´s when i´m back.

Your neighbour has every right to put out rat poison in PROPER BATING BOXES, if they have a rat problem. If your cat, or anyone's cat seeks out the bait inside your neighbour's property and eats it, it is not your neighbour's fault. However if the poison is being placed on common land, to which the public and animals have free access, then the neighbour could be held responsible for any deaths or illnesses caused to pets or children. Katja, please call in at the office on Calle Madrid, we will investigate whether or not the neighbour is complying with saftey aspects regarding the putting down of the poison. As far as feeding your friend's cat is concerned, your neighbour cannot prevent you from feeding the cat, especially if your friend has asked you to look after it.

the rat poison is not in boxes,these are small red grains and no warning signs.

contact the Brigada Azul with this matter, they are the Spanish RSPCA, they will know if its legal or not to put poison and will prosecute if its illegal

what about the dog crap all over the plae, that nearly as dangerous as rat poison. why dont it's all over the place. maybe I put some rat poison down to stop the dogs shitting.
and why don't no one do anything about it, it's discusting!!!!!!!!!!

Phil, if you got nothing better to do than moan about dog poo, LET A LIFE, I pick up after my dogs.

Susan, maybe you do pick up after your dogs make a mess but many people do not, unless you can think of another why the s..t gets left on the ground.
It's disgusting and if all the alleged dog lovers really cared for their dogs, they wouldn't allow them to make a mess and then not clear it away.
There's a large fine for anyone who gets caught allowing their dogs to foul the place - and as for get a life, it's been proven that dog s..t can cause blindness in young children if it gets into their bodies.
What's more important, children's health or a few minutes spent picking up s..t.
I suggest you get your priorities right.

thanks for the support dave. Susan I'm glad to hear you are one of the few that do clear up... well done, but there are so many that don't. I live near the wasteland at the top of Helsinki, super value end and there is about 20+ take their dogs there daily. this has gone on for years and really does stink when it rains. also kids play on this land from time to time. I have had words with people but then they wait till I'm at work and do it outside my house on the road. if there isn't a legal way to sort out these people then I can think of a few other ways to resolve the problem.
