He is probably ignoring you just as he seems to be ignoring the people who voted for him and the people he suggests he representents, namely Urb. La Marina?
His Empire is located next to the small Town Hall on Calle Madrid, you might find him there in the mornings.
I think I will have to give up and go somewhere else, Jeff seems to be able to answer other post but not mine, that is telling me something I am sure.
