House rental

Any long term house rentals i.e. 12 months plus available on the La Marina Urb. looking for newish 2/3 bed detached with outside space for a little dog, so it must have fencing. Have tried local est . agents with no luck, just seem to want holiday lets. Many thanks for any leads.
