Thanks David, i popped into the travel agents and a woman took my phone number and said she would pass it on as soon as he came back from dentist......bloody long appointment, I'm still waiting.

Bella This is the "ignorant pig" in the Travel Agents Opposit INFORMATICA the computer shop. Informatica is closed for holidays and both people with keys are overseas I have spent days trying to arrange for a set of keys to be available at the TRAVEL AGENTS in order to help you to be able to collect your sons computer. I now have a set of keys so if you would like to come to the TRAVEL AGENTS (as this is where I work and not in the computer shop) with your receipt I can retreive the computer for you. I am here till 6 pm. In my experience shouting being rude and name calling when wanting to enlist the help of someone is not a good idea but some of us rise above it. I was also interested to see that when looking at your posts I am not alone and am the 3rd person on here you have called ignorant, glass houses and throwing stones come to mind

you made my friend wait outside the shop whilst you were on the phone, on the other occasions she came by you was helpful at all... How come after this posting you have all of a sudden 'tried' to help when she came in to see you, you really never gave her any help. oh and by the way my friend does not live here and has not ever posted on here before....

Bella Im sorry I made your friend wait outside while I was speaking to a Travel Agency client on the phone and I did ask them to hold while I opened the door for your friend. On the 1 other occasion she came into the Travel Agency I took her telephone number to pass to the Computer shop. As I said I have spent days not just since this was posted in gaining a set of keys from overseas. It does srike me as odd that I was told she was flying back to the UK and needed the computer for Thursday and today is Friday and it has still not been collected!!!!!! As for you comment she has never posted on here, is this posting by someone else then and not the person concerned??? If so then why not join the group as I did to comment rather than leave it to someone to report third hand in their words. If you click on the name of the person that added the comment you can see all posts they have made and on your name there are 3 people you have called ignorant so is this posting your words or your friends?

Sharon i am now using my friends log in as i don't live here and have no wish to contribute to the forum as such.....so lets both stop the silliness and try and get my sons computer back. My son left last Thurs minus comp, i leave Mon, we drove here. I need to try and get it back before Monday whether its mended or not....he has important work on it. Are you sure Kevin is back in on Monday?? Apparently he lives on la marina urb but i haven't seen him. I don't know who took the comp from us but he never gave us a receipt just said he would ring Monday 11th....from then we have not seen or heard from anyone at the shop. Without a receipt i understand you wont be able to hand it over that's why i haven't been to collect from you.

I now have my sons computer back, thanks to Sharon at the travel agents....however it has not even been looked at so i am not happy with informatica. I will not be using them again.
