The Grill House
Just come back from a second visit to the Grill House in La Marina in a week and must say that the food again was fabulous and the service excellent. My only complaint is about the way that the staff are treated by the boss (on both occasions). I congratulate her on her pregnancy and acknowledge that she works very hard; however that is no reason to disrespect the staff, who work extremely hard.
If this continues, many people including myself will vote with their feet. My message would be that your staff are your biggest asset; recognise, celebrate and reward this with them and you won't go wrong. Continue to down talk and abuse them at your peril.
