There are many vacant properties around the area,...the trouble is picking the right spot, possibly staying on consum square is not the best idea. There are loads of empty units on the grey area but you will have to contend with bonnies,the grill house,ramons,the indian and pizza hugo,..but what the grey area needs is another descent bar,..there is now only Woodstock and Anandas, as the little Spanish bar La plazita has closed...so possibly food for thought would be to see what the white swan is going for and they also have a little kitchen,...it used to do quite well,...but as for the rest of the urb I think there is too much competition,...another good thought would be looking outside the urb as rent is a hell of a lot less in other areas
