Welcome team ASL, why are my posts being removed?

Maybe you are advertising other websites, if you would like to copy the photos on to My Spanish Life with a link then that would be great

As the new administrators of this forum can you please state on the forum your policy for posting links to other sites on the wall.

Team ASL, can you please delete ALL references to Select Air Conditioning in the services section. I've asked before and yet the adverts are still there quoting 18% iva. My original userid was selectair but that has been deleted and so can't get rid of the adverts myself.

Marko, I have seen many posts on this forum that were in the public interest removed today by the new Team ASL. I posted a link with photos to another internet site in response to a post by Goonerpeter.

Marko if you would like to make any changes to your advert then please press the edit button

Team ASL, I think you misunderstand. My original id was Selectair. I asked for it to be deleted because I got fed up with the constant moaning about bar noise. The user id was deleted but the adverts still are there. I cannot delete them myself because I can't log in using the original user id. Please delete the adverts because I don't want to be accused of not replying to customers.

No user ID has been deleted by the site admin.

Why not simply reply to your customers.

Team ASL. Not all of my posts included a link to another web site. You removed one of them that did not refer to any other web site. Was it because I asked the question who is Team ASL?

Must agree with you. I remember Steve vehemently stating that another Local Forum, didnt allow links to be put on comments ,for Companies that did not have a paid for advert on that Forum, and a Spanish Life did allow these links. It seems that times are changing, and perhaps for the good, But I do believe that as Team ASL,appear to be bringing in rules, perhaps they should print what is allowed or what isn't allowed.

So my post was deleted because I mentioned another forum an how this one lacks behind in technology. No wonder people r leaving this forum if new admin are deleting all sorts of posts now.

Its very hard to please all the people all the time.

We have read many comments requesting post to be removed for one reason or another, so when we start to do this we get complaints from some of those that requested we take action.

I am not knocking you for beginning to delete posts, In the past I have asked three times for certain posts to be deleted, On two occasions I received an answer almost immediately, rejecting my request. The other time was about a week ago,when I sent you an open letter, giving my opinions on your then(no rules policy) Steve,then by accident or design answered me by saying that he had answered me(which he didn't do)but totally ignored me. Thinking he had made a mistake, I wrote a further comment which did need an answer. this was also totally ignored. I am sure now may be a good time for the new team to think about replying. But this site needs rules, not only for your advertisers, but for the people who read and reply to your forum

ASL, Can't log on to Selectair. Can't reset the password because I don't use the original email address anymore. So could you please remove the Select Air Conditioning ads from services.
