Euronics

I have to praise the service and the staff at Euronics in La Marina. I bought a TV from them six weeks ago and it appears that the HDMI connections are not functioning. Yesterday after arranging for the TV to be picked up to be assessed by the LG repair agent they offered me a loan TV. Last night after the delivery men had left I noticed that my 7 month kitten was missing. I spent a sleepless night searching to no avail. I rang Euronics this morning and they said "ahh we found your cat on the van in an empty box." The delivery men were getting rid of empty boxes when out popped Diego. After completing their service calls in Gran Alacant this morning they very kindly delivered Diego to me at the palm Tree bar where I work. So pleased with them as it would have been so much easier for them to have left Diego escape. They also ensured that he had water and food. Thank you once again to the staff at Euronics.
