HAS ANYBODY GOT SOME THING NICE TO SAY..
It would be very nice if people had something nice to say after all we are very lucky to be living in the beautiful sunshine and there are so many bad things going on in the world.If you are lucky enough to have your health I feel sure you should find the time to say something nice and may be of interest to others,may be even something that may make other people smile because the whinging people that come on this forum are bringing it down and eventually will drive people away from reading it.
If you have any doubt about the things other people put up with try picking up a newspaper and get a reality check....
Yes Trevor we have much to be greatful for
I am retired ,with a pension i can manage on,my house is paid for,health problems yes most of us at this age have some,but keeping happy and enjoying myself puts them in the background,I have a terrific wife who lets me spend hours on the pc putting the world to rights,my Grandson who is 5months old and who we are going over to England shortly to see and babysit while my Daughter takes a few days away,wonderful neighbours who are always there if needed.and so many other things i could write about,but dont have time.
Unfortunately Trevor I cannot let the trolls and mischief makers write about their conditions they have to live with without thinking that some are making a political point because they dont agree with the councillor we have,and other problems of some taking up two or three different names to make it look like a lot of different people complaining instead of just a very few.As much as i try to ignore them I find I cant.and I must reply to some of the inane rubbish they put on this forum

Since moving here five years ago we have experienced everything the Spanish system throws at you. You just have to accept that it's a different way of doing things and adjust your thinking to accommadate it. We have had some good times while we have been here and long may those continue as well as making new friends whome we cherish. Everytime we go back to England we count our blessings that we live where we do, we are not England haters but just appreciate the beautiful country we live in and the lifestyle we have.
1)The weather
2)The golf, however maybe a tad on the pricey side.
3) The Spanish, really nice people, just the lingo takes a while to understand
Spain has a lot going for it, however the "red tape" can be a bit of a Bu**er at times
I agree but I cannot find anything nice to say about Arsen** after yesterday! But at least San Fulgencio are still in with a slim chance of doing what City should have done and that is gain promotion!
The 'Saints' are at home this Sunday at 12.00 against Elche Ilicitana who are second in our division and if and when we beat them we will only be 1 point behind them for second place and a leap into the First Regional Division.
