San Fulgencio Ambulance

I have just seen on the San Fulgencio website, that apparently we have a brand new local Ambulance.
Don't quite know if the new Ambulance works on the same system as the old one.

i.e. Is it still for the Locals to call in emergencies without using the national emergency number, but calling the police locale in car phone etc. Not sure if it is 24hour service ,as nothing is explained on the web site,It does look impressive, all nice and shiny new, But I didn't think the previous one was old enough to warrant changing, .
