Project wanted

I have a partly retired contact of mine over here at the moment who is looking to find a Project to work on. He is only interested in The Costa Blanca.
Project needs to be some kind of an operation that was started a few years ago and has not been fully finished ie one that ran out of funding. He is in the position to possibly breath life back into the project if they wish to sell on to a new owner. Has anyone any knowledge of anything?
