Very close to the gray area with many
of the best restaurant's & bar's & a bus stop.
Large living room, seperate kitchen , walk in Shower unit, double bedroom & sun lounge.
Outside garden is fully tile'd & is complete with outdoor furniture. the villa also has a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace.
Sun room has aircon.
The price for october would be 175€ per week, incl. weekly bed & towel change.
!00€ deposit , refundable on departure, against damages.
