Men's fitness

Are there any fitness groups for men to get fit, lots of ladies fitness groups but nothing for men.
Not a fan of gyms plus ey seem to be expensive if you don't use them regularly.

Hi Micheal. I use Quesada Fitness gym. I was never a big fan of the gym but I couldn't feel more at home there. I do also know if you like the idea of biking, there is a beginners groups here in Quesada.
