Try Leja,they have a web site.They have numerous rental properties.I used them before I bought.Re work,that might not be quite so easy unless you speak Spanish and you are coming out after the holiday season,however you are in the right profession.

Are you and your friend coming out with money, if so there are plenty of bars for rent, and renting a house is no problem.
Not thought about bars will have some money
