There is defiantly a lack of new cloth shops on the urb, a shop that provides affordable quality general day to clothes from say M&S, Next & ex catalog etc, I believe would go down well here in La Marina.
There are many empty commercial units available at the moment, both freehold or lease (trespaso) many are very reasonable to rent, or you could try the markets first on Thursday's, Saturday's & Sundays.

I agree clothes shop mixed ages but mainly ladies 35 to 75 not too sure about men
Great thanks that is what I was thinking as I already have an eBay shop with new clothes for ladies and children , I'm over for Xmas and new year so will have a look
