As advised by Jeff I went out very prepared this evening. We decided to go to Hillside where Jimmy Mac was singing. Had a brilliant evening. Before we left the villa - all windows and shutters closed completely down, and I took out with me - boots, umbrella, hat, thick waterproof coat, but nothing more than a rather heaver shower while out. BUT, just got back home and it is absolutely pouring hard - so perhaps the storm is going to start tonight. At least I was prepared !!

Thanks for the warning Jeff, it seems the severe weather has completly washed away our infrasructure, the flooding has taken away all the roads and pavements in this area, Is there anything the council can do to help, there must be an emergency fund set up for these situations, maybe ask Valencia, Madrid, or even Brussels.

I pegged out washing I did last night, early this morning whilst it was pouring with rain, I have been rewarded the sun is now shining and hopefully I will be bringing my washing in before much longer nice and dry, oh then I need to get out the iron lol
