How many more power cuts are we going to have this morning - how annoying is this - 2 this morning so far? We just get all the computers back on, tv etc. It's really not good enough. Goodness knows what the holiday makers think.

Do they not realise what problems they are causing. Re tune in TV system, Reset Alarms, Restart computer having now lost the article I was typing. Last time they told Jeff that they were not aware of how many holiday makers were here. What s the excuse this time, perhaps Jeff can tell them that this is the peak month.
