Buying a Villa

Well the time has arrived after years of saving my wife and i will be over in a few days time to hopefully buy a villa in la marina .We have a few to look at so fingers crossed .

You should be at least looking at 30% off.
Best thing is to go straight to the banks and request a list of all the repossessions and save yourself a lot of money
