Long term rental

Hi guys, do you or anyone you know have a place to rent on la marina urb?
My friend is looking for somewhere long term. She is a non smoker, with pets, so needs a little outside space. The maximum she can afford is €400 per month and this would need to include bills ( or maybe €50 of the rent be for bills and she pay the difference)She is looking to move in around the end of July. She's not bothered if its furnished or not.
