Virus Detection & Removal
With the facility and know-how to download movies and music from the Internet, it is becoming more and more important that we have Antivirus software loaded onto our PC´s and Laptops. It is as importan to make sure the software is the latest and contains it´s new definition files. I am still coming across various installations where this is still not the case.
Just yesterday a friend reported to me a problem and it was apparent that he had the Zeroaccess virus. The result being to re-install Windows 7.
Point to note - if you suspect any suspicious activity, wierd things happening on your machine, the chances are that you have been hit with a VIRUS. DO NOT reboot!! Restore the system back to the a day or so before and hey presto, the virus has gone. No damage to the machine. The biggest mistake is when people panic and reboot.

Unfortunately my office is in El Raso, Guardamar Del Segura which makes La Hoya to be outside of my normal geographical area. It would be cheaper for you to bring it to me. A normal Windows 7 install would be 50 Euros plus the additional time to sort out the Netbook (20 Euros 1st hour then 5 euros per 15 minutes over that hour). I would need to charge call-out and returning the equipment as I would need 2-3 days to repair the damage to your euipment.

can u tell me how much u would charge to reinstall my computer with windows 7 and also i have a netbook that has a trojan and i cant remove it so how much would you charge for a virus removal. I live in La Hoya Elche
