In answer to the query, The mayor has been in negotiations with Ginnsa. We have stated our position. We are not trying to ignore the responsibilities inherited by our Team, but we are trying to solve the problem. It would not be prudent to go into this further at this time as these negotiations are at a delicate stage.
I know some will say that this is a stock answer from Politicians, but I believe that we will have our Rubbish collection reinstated soon.

can you wonder why we find whatever you say hard to believe Jeff.
It was the Mayor who was telling the local papers that although the regular binmen were on strike ,that collections would be as normal,because he would use other contractors.It was the mayor who said it wasnt his problem that the council previous didnt pay their bills.it was the mayor who had no intention of talking to Ginssa because Ginssa wanted part of what they were owed,(approx15%)to be able to pay the people who work to keep la marina clean and who apparently havnt been paid.Now you tell us that you cant tell us anything.It would be more intelligent if the Mayor had engaged brain before operating his mouth
