New beginnings in a new country can be exciting. However, if you are moving from abroad the first months can at times be difficult, especially if you are unfamiliar with the language.

To help minimize the stress of such an important life event we will help you settle by taking care of time consuming procedures and assist you with all the formalities. Our relocation services are tailored for our clients, expatriate residents to-be. We will take care of everything so you can relax and get used to your new home.

How does it work?

Tulipán Expat Services is an efficient partner in your move and will gladly help you. Our service is customized and our contribution will depend on the service level you wish.
We work with a standard relocation service package. This is a coherent package that has been developed in practice. Here you can add services to, or omit. We think along with you and inform you proactively.

Roadmap and checklist

If you decide not to continue with us after our first conversation or quote no charge will be made.

After returning the signed copy of the quote we start the process by making a clear roadmap and a digital checklist for you to be able to monitor progress at each point. At each change you will get the update by e-mail.

Arrival

We will help you settle in Spain by assisting with paperwork, practical issues and with all the formalities.

Before your departure to the Costa del Sol we will start with an intake interview to inventorise your family situation and your wishes to ensure your will receive a five star reception upon arrival.

Tulipán can also provide other services designed to meet your requirements. If you wish we will bring you into contact with associations or clubs and help with the paperwork for buying a car. If you need to import a pet we can arrange the necessary permits. For family members we can assist with obtaining visa and work permits if required.
