Replying back to a Post..............................

These days when you wish to reply back to a post you just get a blank oblong square to type in to.
Quite a while back when you wished to reply back - on the same page you could also read what you were actually replying back to.
Is there any chance that Steve - or whoever runs this now - can put this back to the way it was?
When replying back to a long post it's very hard to remember everything that the person has said OR you have to keep clicking back to the post.
Much easier as it was before. Just saying............
