Just like to say WELL DONE to the idiots who damaged the Christmas tree in Consum square last night that people had worked so hard for, also baubles thrown all over the car park that had special messages, mostly for lost loved ones. HOPE YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS,,,,,,,,NOT,,,,IDIOTS.

I find it strange, that some people are selective in their hearing range, or don't want to get involved when people (be it Kids Youths or grown ups), behave like stupid hooligans . The pity of it is that people will know who were responsible, but will laugh it off as a prank, all I can say to you people is, that you are as bad as the idiots who did the damage.

Oh that's right, this is the fault of the people that live close by is it? But hang on, you fine chaps have always said there is never anti-social behaviour around the Consum area? Where as I have always said that it attracts exactly this type of vandalism, due to the lax approach to music and licensing that attracts unruly youths. Look what they did to the play areas for a start.
This has NOTHING to do with licensing and music bars....There is NOTHING for teenagers to do on the Urb. There is under age drinking. It IS up to bars to be aware of this. That particular night, there were teens from San Fulgencio on the Urb...Fact. I'm not saying that they were responsible. Strange that the tree has been up for at least a week and NO problems...To all those responsible for this desecration as I have lost a loved one and their name was on the tree. I personally wish everything possible of the worst to you and your loved ones...
Correct it has nothing to do with music and arnt you the person who always put stupid comments and deletes them shortly after Flagkilo. the above comment is correct, the tree hasn't been touched for over a week, we leave many things outside and have never been touched.I hope the message that you above left is still there, I know that they have all been put back on or replaced. Lets hope it doesn't happen again. Consum is generally a safe place to be and all bars should not be tarred with the same brush, we for one will not serve anyone who cant prove age. But once again all goes back to the odd few moaning about music

I don't remember anyone ever saying that the Consume Area is hooligan free. Only that it is no worse than any other area on La Marina Urb. or any other area in the Costas.
As usual you have made yourself look pretty silly with your inane moaning.
Surely you can see that the Bars clubbed together for this tree. So obviously if it was damaged while they were open, do you think they would stand and watch. Obviously it was done when they were closed, so what is the point in blaming the music licensing. Or cant you see the wood for the trees.

Bars in the grey area and the top are doing ok because they have respect. Fact. So you spout what rubbish you want - we the local residents have won, you petty bar flys have lost. Fact. Fact what goes around comes around not so many years ago the grey area fell out of favour, Fact top area was in favour not so much now, Fact so no one has really won they all take there turn in "Being in favour" Fact its what different people want !!, Fact years ago people went out more and spent more money and didn't want everything on the "cheap" and embraced there surroundings instead of doing nothing and moaning about all that is wrong in there sad lives blaming others, could say they are from the want NIMBY brigade.

The weird thing is that you and your few allies in the anti bar brigade (cannot give you numbers as it seems that at least two names are the one person, plus one who admits to only living here for a few months of the year, plus one who pretends he is a soldier, so he obviously doesn't live here either, have achieved nothing, that wouldn't of happened anyway. Bars close in winter bars open in summer, bars are quiet in the winter, bars are noisier in the summer. Those are facts, your inane comments do not and will not make a difference to that, Less people live in Spain now than who lived in Spain a few years ago, so Bars in spain are closing and reopening every week in Spain, not just in the Consume Area of La Marina.
I have lots more info. for you. but treat yourself read pages one and two of this weeks Leader newspaper and at least you can see facts. Then perhaps you wouldn't have to keep making things up as you go along
Yes Alan, you certainly have always had lots of info. Maybe you should get out more. All I know is I'm fairly confident that all the trouble makers will be gone by Summer.
