New Properties being built near Calle Dublin Area

Does anyone know if there are to be any Shops/Bars to be built around here
as pretty far to walk to the consume area.

Loads of shops/bars there - including Supa Valu/Domti/Ferretaria and of course the Angel bar and lots more.

Sorry Josie, but I am talking about the new Houses being built
Near Calle Dublin and the waste land that leads out to the back of
Luis Garcia Bertanga that takes you out towards San Fulgencio
