Hi Dave,..this was a hot topic on here at the end of last year I think,.....there are many places that do not provide contracts and some even stoop so low as to only offer 4.50€ an hour and other places use the employees tip money to pay for their contracts,...I would even go as far as to say that some establishments do not even pass the tips on to their staff.
