Are you a bar cafe owner or do you live near the bars or cafes.

Yeah I do. About 35-40 metres away from them. And to be honest I couldn't careless about the music the noise. If I did I would go to the bars and ask them politley to turn the music down if that didn't happen I would call police.
Im not bothered about the music, the thing that gets me is people walking home at 1-2 in the morning mouthing off or the teenagers mouthing off but I deal with them direct.
