Zumba - Hotel El Corazon

Introduction

Hi, I'm Cindy and I love teaching Zumba. The reason is simple, dancing is my passion and every class feels like a party!

So come and join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body, try and follow my lead and have FUN! It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a great time. I look forward to meeting you!

What to expect

To have no idea what you're doing at first. The best thing you can do is pick up the steps where you can, laugh, shake, shimmy and have fun! It's one of those things that the more often you go, the easier it gets. Remember, no one is there to judge you. Just have FUN!

Your experience in Zumba depends on the energy of the teacher. If one class doesn't inspire you to move, try a different teacher, you might jive better with this method.
